2020 as the most challenging year

I would call 2020 the year when we had to learn and develop new methods of doing our jobs, of dealing with (usual) requests from our clients, but run differently. The year of learning how to discover new approaches to situations which were thought to be the norm.

We thank you all for your kind custom and support, and we trust that 2021 will be a better year, an year which will make up for the restrictions we've experienced during 2020. We send you a "Thank you from deep in our hearts", and looking forward to see you back safe for business starting January next year.
